M97P Ballistic Helmet The M-97P helmet offers protection against fragments and handgun ammunition to level IIIA The shape of the helmet protects the ears from injuries and allows the use of microphone, radio & telephone systems. Our helmet with a weight of 1500 grammes has been tested and approved to a performance of a V50>=620 m/s, using a fragmentation simulator of 5.56 mm, weight of 1.102¬0.02g, as per STANAG 2920. It features an adjustable chin strap for user comfort. The model - M97P helmet is a standard issue of military and police forces around the globe.
