The manufacturer offers the following warranties on protective vests.
Guarantee the whole
vest for 2 years to be free from defects in material and workmanship
from the year of manufacture.
100% lifetime customer satisfaction guarantee
which means that if the customer is unhappy about any aspect of his
vest they will fix it for
them free of charge (the customer to pay for all shipping charges
to and from Sweden).
NIJ Level IIA, II & SPV vests are guaranteed
offer the stated level of protection for 6 years from year of manufacture.
NIJ
IIIA, IIIA+ vests are guaranteed to offer the stated level of protection
for 10 years from year of manufacture.
They also offer a lifetime international
repair service stating that "If
damage occurs to the armour panels (not covers) during an on-duty
confrontation from firearm projectiles, auto accident, sharp/blunt
instruments, we
will repair it free of charge. Enclose original police report
stating that your SBA protected you, explaining how the damage occurred."
(customer may be responsible for any shipping costs).
They guarantee availability
of replacement components for at least 10 years.
All products as manufactured
are subject to in house quality control and assurance according to
ISO 9000/2000.
If any components are damaged due to neglect, misuse or
abuse the above guarantees are null and void.
