Returns policy
If you need to return goods for any reason you will be liable
for all shipping costs including insurance. We will not be liable for goods that do not arrive back to us for any reason. As a general rule, items that are worth more than £32.00 should be sent back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery for your own safety.
Goods can be returned unused
within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to return any item you should first
contact us to receive a Returns Number.
Goods will be replaced / repaired
at our discretion.
If you wish
to return goods for exchange for any reason you will also have to pay
any further shipping costs incurred.
Protective vests that are made to order ay be exchanged for an alternative size if the customer has submitted a completed Measurements Form. Vests returned for a refund are subject to a 15% returns admin fee.
Goods that are returned will
be carefully inspected for ANY SIGN of damage, abuse, misuse or neglect.
This is absolutely necessary in the case of protective panels. If there
is any doubt we reserve the right not to exchange or give refunds on
goods supplied. We cannot accept for return goods that in our opinion
may have been subject to abuse, damage, neglect or use and
as such will not offer refunds on damaged items returned to us.
By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms & conditions
including our returns policy.
